Can you tell me how you go about doing custom pets?
Please send me photos first then I can give you an accurate quote, or if I am a good fit for your project. I specialize in long or curly haired pets. I do not do short haired dog like bulldogs.
Most dogs are between $165 to 198; cats $99 to 140.
I will send you a link for payment after I collect enough photos from you.

Your items shows "One in Stock", can you ship it right away?
All items are made-to-order so I do not have any in stock. Etsy made sellers to list at least one for each item, hence the confusion.
Depending on the number of my orders, it will take 6 to 12 weeks to ship. It just takes lots of time to felt one. Thank you for your patience!
The only exceptions will be marked "ready-to-ship", please read the item description. Thank you!
How do I send pet photos to you?
You can send photos by Etsy message/convo. Etsy allows 3 photos per message so you might have to send multiple messages by adding to the thread. I prefer this communication because this keeps transaction information in one place.

How many photos do you need for a customized figurine? What kind of photos should I send?
Below are the general photo guidelines:
-Please send me 5 to 10 color photos, including your pet's face close-up from different angles (front AND PROFILES), and both body sides so I see markings correctly. Lastly a photo taken from back so I see its back head, rump and tail.
Also include a couple photos of the particular pose you choose, so I see how it sits / stands.
- At least one or two photos should be taken in natural outdoor daylight to show its true colors. Indoor light gives yellow tint and can be misleading.
- Please do NOT send me a lifetime of photos, only send photos taken in your favorite year and look. Puppies and full-grown dogs look very different to me.
- No grainy photos that I can't see details of your pet.
How long is the turnaround time?
Depending on my order list, it is usually 5 to 12 weeks. Each pieces takes hours of handwork to ensure quality. I appreciate your patience!
Do you felt with real fur?
No, I do not felt with real fur. But I can fill the wool replica core with your pet's fur to make it extra special.
Because my felted animals are very small, the core is narrower than an inch, just a pinch of fur will do. Please clean and wash your pet's fur before mailing.
